Top 5 Film & Television Apps on Android in Turkey Q3 2024

During the third quarter of 2024, the top five film and television applications on Android in Turkey exhibited diverse performance metrics, according to data from Sensor Tower.

tabii from Türkiye Radyo ve Televizyon Kurumu saw a remarkable surge in weekly revenue, starting from nearly negligible values and peaking at around $39K in mid-September. Weekly downloads fluctuated, with a notable spike to approximately 256K in the same period, while weekly active users increased from 957K to over 1M by the end of the quarter.

Netflix maintained steady weekly downloads, initially around 41K, and slightly dropping to 36K by the end of September. Its weekly active users experienced a gradual decline from 1.58M to about 1.3M.

BluTV recorded weekly downloads starting at 40K, decreasing steadily to 22K by the end of the quarter. Active users showed a minor decrease from 221K to 198K.

Disney+ displayed consistent weekly revenue, averaging around $51K, with downloads reaching a peak of 53K in mid-August. However, active user numbers fluctuated, peaking at 256K in early September before ending the quarter at 189K.

beIN CONNECT–Süper Lig,Eğlence experienced a varied revenue trend, peaking at $2.5K in early July, while downloads showed a significant increase to 83K in mid-September. Active users rose from 275K to a peak of 354K before settling at 312K by the end of the quarter.
